AnatolArt Studio - Terms and Conditions
Welcome to AnatolArt Studio. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, including drawing lessons, painting workshops, art therapy sessions, portfolio development, and both private and group classes offered through our online platform and physical studio. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access our services. AnatolArt Studio is located at 2847 Mevlana Street, Floor 3, Ankara, Central Anatolia Region, 06680, Turkey.
1. Services Provided
AnatolArt Studio offers a range of arts education and creative workshops, tailored for all ages and skill levels. These include, but are not limited to:
- Drawing lessons for various techniques and styles.
- Painting workshops utilizing different mediums (e.g., oil, acrylic, watercolor).
- Art therapy sessions designed for creative expression and well-being.
- Portfolio development guidance for aspiring artists and students.
- Private and group classes tailored to individual and collective needs.
2. User Obligations
By participating in our art programs, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering for and using our services.
- Comply with all rules and guidelines provided by AnatolArt Studio instructors and staff during classes and workshops.
- Respect the creative environment and other participants. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Ensure any materials you bring for workshops meet safety standards and are appropriate for the activity.
3. Class Registration and Payment
Registration for all classes and workshops is subject to availability. Payment for services must be made in full prior to the commencement of the class or workshop, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Specific payment details and methods will be provided upon registration. All fees are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless otherwise specified.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
AnatolArt Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes or workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor availability or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to another suitable class.
For participant cancellations:
- Cancellations made a specified number of days/hours before the class may be eligible for a partial or full refund, or credit towards future classes, as detailed at the time of booking.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made without sufficient notice.
- Art therapy session cancellations require specific advance notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, teaching methods, and content provided by AnatolArt Studio, whether in print or digital format, are the intellectual property of AnatolArt Studio and its instructors. Participants are granted a license to use these materials for personal educational purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial gain without explicit written consent from AnatolArt Studio.
Artwork created by participants during workshops belongs to the participant. AnatolArt Studio may request permission to use participant artwork for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media), which will only be done with prior consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
AnatolArt Studio takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of its participants. However, participation in art activities inherently involves certain risks, including but not limited to exposure to art materials. By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks. AnatolArt Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of participation, except where prohibited by Turkish law.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, available separately on our site, describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ankara, Turkey.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
AnatolArt Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our site.
